These conditions of this company's agreement are binding upon the terms and conditions of the insurance coverage and the laws of Barbados.

Conditions

  1. Any person wishing to rent or lease a vehicle must be:
    1. A minimum of twenty-one (21) years old not more that sixty-five (65) years old.
    2. The holder of a valid driver's license with at least two years driving experience

Terms

  1. This Company accepts no liability for:
    1. A minimum of twenty-one (21) years old not more that sixty-five (65) years old.
    2. The holder of a valid driver's license with at least two years driving experience
  2. Under the terms and conditions of the Insurance Coverage, the Hirer / Driver is liable for the excess deductible payment for any claim in respect to loss or damage, including fire and theft of the vehicle.
    1. Drivers over twenty-five (25) years old - $2000.00
    2. The Collision Waiver Damage Insurance does not include damage to rims and tires.
  3. The Hirer / Driver must:
    1. Immediately notify the company of any loss, damage or fault in the vehicle;
    2. not use the vehicle while in an unroadworthy condition that may result in the injury to anyone or cause damage to property;
    3. take good care of the vehicle during the period of rental and ensure that it is used only for the purpose for which it is intended;
    4. not allow the vehicle to be driven by persons other than those stated on the Agreement;
    5. not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle and could be held liable for prosecution for any such violation under the Motor Vehicle Road Traffic Act;
    6. return the vehicle with gasoline equivalent to the portion with which it was delivered;
    7. personally return the vehicle at or before the specified expiry date unless prior arrangements are made for pick-up, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance;
    8. Hirer / Driver is liable for damage to rims and tyres.
  4. Reservations made online can be cancelled and refunded in full UP TO 48 HOURS before the Pickup Date
    1. If less than 48 hrs, a fee equal to 1st day rental will be charged.
